Come join Billy Thomas, a renowned reining instructor, rider, and trainer, on an exceptional weekend on Mackinac Island! The Billy Thomas Clinic will be held August 22nd and 23rd at the Mackinac Community Equestrian Center from 1pm to 4pm both days.
Saturday Schedule
1-4pm: Clinic in the Mackinac Community Equestrian Center's Arena
4-5pm: Break! Tack back up!
5:30-7:30pm: A trail ride through the beautiful Mackinac Island led by Billy and MHA staff member(s)!
8pm: Taxi arrives to take the group back to their hotels
Sunday Schedule
10-11AM: Cowboy Church
12-2PM: Clinic in the Mackinac Community Equestrian Center's Arena
2-2:30PM: Untack with snacks and a light lunch provided
2:30PM: Taxi arrives to take group downtown
3-5PM: Self exploration of downtown Mackinac Island
5-5:30PM: Taxi picks group up to take back to Equestrian Center
5:30-6PM: Tack up!
6-8PM: Evening trail ride!
Pricing
The weekend is $400 to bring your own horse (boarding cost) and $25 per day to participate in the clinic on your own horse. Auditing the clinic is $5.
